Elfin robot nieuwe end button<\/h2>

Han\u2019s Robot heeft de Elfin<\/span><\/a> een nieuwe frisse update gegeven om nog eenvoudiger te gebruiken en in te installeren. Op de eindkop zit nu een LED Ring en eenvoudige knoppen voor het bedienen van de tooling en de vrije beweging. Daarnaast is er nu gekozen voor een M12 12-pin aansluiting voor 3 Digital Inputs, 3 Digital Outputs, analoge connectie en RS-485 in \u00e9\u00e9n compacte aansluiting.<\/p>

Snellere en nauwkeurigere Cobot!<\/h2>

De Elfin Robot was al \u00e9\u00e9n van de beste jongetjes van de klas, maar met de laatste wijzigingen zal de Elfin weer verbeteren. Door de betere sensoren in de motoren kan de snelheid van alle joints omhoog, daarnaast door nog minder speling en de absolute encoders is een betere nauwkeurigheid mogelijk. Zo gaat de typical tool speed omhoog van 1 m\/s naar maar liefst 2 m\/s! Ook de nauwkeurigheid gaat van \u00b10,05 mm naar \u00b10,03 mm.<\/p>

Waterdichte Robot<\/h2>

Daarnaast is de Elfin Robot nu ook \u00e9\u00e9n van de eerste Smart Collaboratieve Robots die in IP66 beschikbaar is. Deze extra afdichting zorgt dat met deze optie de robot ook inzetbaar is in omgevingen waar vocht aanwezig is. Hierdoor zijn complexe en kwetsbare sleeves niet meer nodig. De waterdichte robot biedt door de extra afscherming een snelle en vrije beweegbare cobot. IP66 staat voor volledig stofdicht en waterdicht bij besproeiing. Er kan dus geen water indringen zoals bij lagere klasses nog wel mogelijk is.<\/p>

Industri\u00eble robotarm kopen<\/h2>

Astro Controls helpt graag bij het kopen van een industri\u00eble robotarm, in de vorm van een Smart Cobot. Wij denken graag met u mee, om zo te zorgen dat de\u00a0<\/s>robotarm precies past bij het productieproces. We kijken daarbij naar het complete productieproces, zodat we duidelijk kunnen adviseren hoe een cobot het best tot zijn recht komt. Als de cobot is gearriveerd, zorgen wij ervoor dat de robotarm goed werkt en meteen kan worden ingezet.<\/p>
