Zou u graag lineaire bewegingen elektrisch uitvoeren en zoekt daarin een partner die u verder helpt en ruime mogelijkheden biedt?\u00a0 Astro Controls en Tolomatic bieden u een uitgebreid pakket aan mogelijkheden betreft schroefspindel en drijfriem actuatoren. Deze zetten met behulp van een motor een roterende beweging om in een lineaire. Hiermee is het mogelijk om uiterst precies, snel en met zeer grote kracht bewegingen te maken. Tolomatic biedt standaard actuatoren (ook in RVS en IP69K) tot meer dan 113 kN aan kracht en grotere krachten zijn ook zeker mogelijk.<\/p>\n

Tolomatic is een specialist op het gebied van schroefspindel en drijfriem actuatoren en is in de jaren 80 \u00e9\u00e9n van de grondleggers geweest die het overgaan van pneumatische en hydraulische actuatoren naar de elektrische actuatoren mogelijk heeft gemaakt. Elektromotoren maakten hun opmars en brachten vele voordelen qua aansturing, regeling, precisie en mogelijkheden. Tolomatic was al marktleider op het gebied van kabelcilinders en bandcilinders, dus de bandcilinders werden uitgerust met een drijfriem en twee pulleys om de beweging te maken. Vervolgens werd de schroefspindel ge\u00efntegreerd in de bandcilinders voor preciezere bewegingen met een hogere kracht. Hieruit volgde de elektrische actuatoren met zuigerstang, waarbij de markt van pneumatische en hydraulische cilinders veranderd werd.<\/p>\n

Momenteel is het productgamma van Tolomatic zo uitgebreid dat we u graag op de stand uitnodigen om een aantal mogelijkheden voor te leggen.
