Als Solution Provider kan Astro Controls u applicatiespecifieke producten leveren.\r\n<h2>RVS Actuatoren machineonderdelen in de food industrie<\/h2>\r\nDe foodindustrie staat voor kwaliteit en hygi\u00ebne. Zowel Europa als de VS stellen hoge eisen aan de industrie. Kijk bijvoorbeeld eens naar wat USDA approved vraagt en wat de EU vraagt met (EC 1935\/2004 en EU 10\/2011. Om aan deze hoge eisen te voldoen, zijn kwalitatieve onderdelen van belang. Op deze pagina beschrijven we welke keurmerken belangrijk zijn en hoe we kunnen zorgen voor onderdelen met hoge kwaliteit.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:post-content --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<h2>Foodindustrie en RVS 304 en RVS 316<\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nDe twee meest gangbare soorten roestvast staal zijn RVS 304 en RVS 316. Beide varianten hebben een andere samenstelling en daardoor ook hun eigen toepassingen. De belangrijkste bestanddelen van RVS 304 zijn: chroom (18%) en nikkel (85%). Dit type RVS is licht magnetisch en is bestand tegen de meeste vormen van corrosie. RVS 316 is de duurdere variant, maar is dan ook nog beter bestand tegen corrosie. Dit type bestaat o.a. uit: chroom (16%), nikkel (10%) en molybdeen (2%). Deze laatste stof heeft als kenmerk goed tegen temperatuurwisselingen te kunnen. RVS 316 is beter bestand tegen zoutcorrosie dan RVS 304, en is daarom voor veel industrie\u00ebn, zo ook de food industrie, wenselijk.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<h2>Foodindustrie en de juiste IP-codes IP67 en IP69K<\/h2>\r\nEr zijn een aantal IP-codes (IP staat voor Ingress Protection Rating) die belangrijk zijn in de voedingsindustrie. Met name IP67 en IP69k komen veel voor. Maar wat betekenen deze termen eigenlijk? De getallen zijn uit twee cijfers opgebouwd. Het eerste cijfer geeft aan tegen <em>wat<\/em> het onderdeel bestand is. Het getal 6 geeft aan dat het tegen stof bestand is en is de strengste normering. Het tweede getal, de 7 of de 9, geeft aan in welke mate het onderdeel vochtvrij is. In dit geval is een onderdeel van met IP67 stofvrij en dompeldicht. De code IP69 geeft aan dat het onderdeel stofvrij en vochtdicht is. IP69K is daarbij de hoogste classificering, en blijft vochtdicht bij hoge druk en hoge temperatuur. Omdat in de food industrie hoge eisen worden gesteld aan de hygi\u00ebne, wordt IP69K veel gebruikt.\r\n<h2>Washdown en CIP<\/h2>\r\nMet een washdown worden in de food industrie met een druk van 300 psi oppervlakten en machines gereinigd. Het reinigen wordt tegenwoordig steeds vaker automatisch gedaan, met CIP (Cleaning In Place) programma\u2019s. Daarvoor wordt er eerst gekeken welke hygi\u00ebnerisico\u2019s aanwezig zijn. In de voedingsindustrie kunnen dat productresten zijn, microbiologische vervuiling, kruisbestuiving of de opbouw van mineralen. Vervolgens kunnen er automatische schoonmaakprocessen worden ingericht. Door deze automatische processen worden er hoge eisen gesteld aan de kwaliteit van de machineonderdelen. Mede hierom is het noodzakelijk om IP69K onderdelen te gebruiken, omdat deze goed tegen de druk van het water bestand zijn. Om de eerdergenoemde aantasting door de opbouw van mineralen tegen te gaan (zoutcorrosie), kan RVS304 voldoende zijn, echter in sommige gevallen zullen we u RVS304 aanraden.\r\n<h2>Machineonderdelen in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie<\/h2>\r\nAstro Controls levert onderdelen van hoge kwaliteit aan de foodindustrie.
